Cheater, Cheater, Banana Bread Eater. I allow myself one cheat day per week, but try to make it more of one cheat MEAL per week. This was not the case when my friend so graciously baked me banana bread the other day. That Saturday became an all day banana bread eating extravaganza, and boy did I feel lousy the next day. Then I thought about it and realized I felt lethargic every day after I cheated.
